For such a professional and high-demand cooperation, Changheng Intelligent customized an equipment system for Encompass Technologies that meets the requirements of automated sorting in wine and spirits storage.

Solution

Touring picking:

Employees follow the electronic label light guidance on the high shelves to inspect the goods and place them into the four linear power roller lines that run through the two warehouse shelves.

Scan the code for verification:

Two sets of double-layer circular scanning and sorting lines are connected from the storage area to the sorting area. They are equipped with five-sided scanning and image recognition technology and adopt a photographic five-sided reading system. Even when faced with a wide variety of beverage and alcohol packaging, the machine can make intelligent judgments and automatically identify them based on the bottle mouth and cap.

Gathering goods for shipment:

Goods that have passed the five-sided scanning are sent to the nine sorting ports of two sets of circular sorting lines respectively by the Changheng intelligent inclined wheel sorting system and then enter the shipping area.
